We are looking for an experienced Warehouse operator who can grow and develop within the organisation. Working within a fast-moving and exciting environment, you’ll have the chance to play a key role in the day-to-day operations and success of the company.
This is a dynamic warehouse and ability to work well under pressure, to meet the demands of the business is a priority. You will also need the motivation to work on your own initiative.

Role
- Ownership/responsibility for all warehousing and logistics operations.
- Inventory management: Keeping a careful record of the stock on the warehouse management system. Assessing storage capacity levels, optimising space and implementing controls and processes for replenishment. (Goods intake, pulling and dispatch/merchandising, stock control etc)
- Production Coordination: Collaborate with production teams to ensure materials are available for manufacturing schedules.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming materials and outgoing products to maintain quality standards.
- Space Optimization: Design efficient, and adhere to, layouts for storing bulky furniture items and raw materials.
- Logistics Oversight: Manage the shipping and receiving of deliveries, including coordination with internal departments.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements

Requirements
- Proficient English speaker
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a similar environment
- Experience using loading and lifting gear.
- Forklift and combi-lift truck experience and licence
- Hand-held scanner
- Driving Licence (required)
- Forklift licence (required)
