Challenge
The main challenge on this project was the large complex, well-known site at Point Village in the Dublin Docklands. The logistics for the project needed to fine-tuned, punctual and right-first time to ensure no delays or interruptions to schedule on a busy, fast-moving site. Farrell worked closely with Bennett Construction, the architect and a multitude of sub-contractors to ensure our product was delivered and fitted at the appropriate time with the project running for close to 12 months, to be completed on schedule in May 2019.
Solution Our dedicated logistics platform was leveraged to full capacity to ensure the size and scale of the project was delivered on time with well-orchestrated coordination to ensure no delays or downtime. The project was successfully delivered on time and in budget The overall scheme and development at Point Campus was award-winning for its ambition, finish and execution.
