Challenge
Communication with all parties was vital on this project. Representatives from UWE, Vinci and Stride Treglown Architecture and Design Practice had several meetings over many months with the Farrell in-house design and commercial teams. To ensure all stakeholders were satisfied with the solution, Farrell constructed a full mock-up studio within our manufacturing facility which was viewed and signed off by all stakeholders.
Solution
Farrell manufactured, supplied and installed 900 bedrooms, 29 studios and 123 cluster kitchens with all appliances and front of house communal areas.
The UWE Frenchay Campus project was developed in September, 2021. The project was completed and handed over on time and within budget in December 2023.
