Challenge
Farrell was appointed in the Summer of 2019 to design, manufacture, deliver and install a full turnkey package of bedroom and kitchen furniture for the new building. This included 120 self-contain, private-rented rooms and 14 cleverly-designed cluster kitchens.
Solution
Farrell worked in conjunction with Henry Pollard and Sons of Bridgwater and client Galliard Homes to devise a fantastic room and furniture package design and fit-out. The solution utilises all available room space for a total of 120 bedrooms and all serviced by 14 large spacious open plan cluster kitchens.
The building was officially opened in the Spring of 2020 and was marketed for private rent to the student and co-living sectors in Exeter.
