Solution

Working with the Watkin Jones’ development team, several colours from our Strada range were chosen and all kitchens designed and manufactured with integrated appliances, solid surface countertops, acrylic splashback and subtle LED lighting. Farrell designed & manufactured all kitchens and fitted wardrobes including sliding glass doors. The communal fitted furniture was sourced and delivered to ensure a full turnkey solution.

Completed in 2021, this is Reading’s tallest residential building and boasts over 10,000 sq. ft. of facilities including a resident’s lounge overlooking the river Thames, a tech hub, cinema, dining rooms and a rooftop terrace.  This project marked a milestone for Farrell demonstrating our ability to deliver large scale build-to-rent (BTR) and private rental sector (PRS) developments.
