ChallengeA landmark building in the centre of Belfast City, Little Patrick Street boasts the latest in design and luxury student accommodation living. Comprising 430 bed spaces with 80 self-contained studios and 68 communal kitchens), the building is located beside the upcoming new central campus at Ulster University, in Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter. Farrell was required to work collaboratively with a carefully selected design team by the architect and main contractor.
Solution
Collaborating with Graham Group and Fletcher Joseph Associates, this project was Farrell’s fourth in Belfast for leading student accommodation provider Student Roost.
All furniture and equipment was manufactured and procured at our state of the art facility in Co. Louth, with all design and project coordination handled by our UK office in North Yorkshire.
Delivery installation and commissioning was managed by Paul Farrell Jnr and his team of skilled furniture fitters, with all rooms handed over on time and on budget.
