Context
Working with main contractor John Paul Construction, for end client Richmond Homes, Farrell played a central role in the delivery of Sandyford Central, a major residential development in Dublin consisting of 564 high-end apartments.
All kitchens and wardrobes were fully designed and manufactured at Farrell’s facility in Ardee. With multiple apartment layouts across the development, each kitchen was carefully tailored to suit individual specifications. This bespoke approach ensured a consistent standard of quality, functionality and finish across all units, showcasing the value of Farrell’s in-house manufacturing approach.
Context
Working in conjunction with award winning Manchester based design practice 74 on behalf of client Royalton Group, Farrell have recently completed the ff&e fit out of Hamilton Gardens.
This luxury development, consisting of 485 one, two and three bedrooms apartments, is set in Dublin 7 and is Dublin’s largest build-to-rent development.
Context
Having successfully completed Q1 and Q2 Residences in 2015 for award-winning Leeds based property and investment Company YPP, Farrell was delighted to have been approached to provide new purpose-built furniture for the latest high profile developments in Leeds and York, Park Place and Piccadilly Court Residences.
Context
The site of the former Honiton Inn, Exeter was the selected location for a new Private Rented Scheme build by Henry Pollard and Sons of Bridgwater and their client, Galliard Homes.

Farrell was appointed by Watkin Jones Group, collaborating with M&G Real Estate on the fantastic Thames Quarter project requiring high specification design, manufacture and install of a luxury bedroom and kitchen furniture package.
