The Duke is a brand-new student accommodation offering located on Main Street in Maynooth, Co. Kildare. Opened for the 24/25 academic year, The Duke was designed with students in mind.
The complex offers 88 en-suite bedrooms and 97 bed spaces, ensuring bright, modern, and spacious living. With nine communal kitchens, the accommodation delivers a balance of privacy and community, making it an ideal choice for students at nearby Maynooth University.
Context
Stoneybatter Place, ideally located for students, offers easy access to educational hubs like TUD Grangegorman and a convenient Luas commute to Trinity College and RCSI. This student accommodation project is designed to be comfortable and chic, matching the trendy urban vibe of Stoneybatter. Crafted by Elkstone and brought to life by Monami, the project delivers a modern, luxurious living experience for students.

Farrell has had a successful partnership with Vinci Construction for over five years, completing over 3,000 bedrooms and 300 cluster kitchens across various projects. The Vinci team, together with their clients, architects and key stakeholders regularly visit our state of the art modern factory in Ireland. Farrell was delighted to once again work with Vinci on this exciting project for University of the West of England Bristol.

With Cork School of Music & College of Commerce just around the corner and a 20 minute walk to the main University College Cork campus, Copley Street was designed to be a in-demand and much-loved essential facility for student study and stays.

Highlight Parkgate was designed to offer Dublin-based students a convenient base to and from all of the city’s colleges and universities. The rooms were designed with an en-suite shower room, double bed, spacious work areas, and storage to cater for student need and life. The facility also has great breakout social spaces to cater for regular on-site events, a study room and an on-site gym.

A modern showcase in Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) design, this Mezzino Student Living development included a collaboration with BAM Ireland to deliver a large-scale bedroom and cluster kitchen package in time for a fast-approaching new academic year.

A highly challenge project delivered by our North-Yorkshire based UK team, the Curve is a purpose-built, high-end student development located in the Whitechapel area of the City of London. Farrell was appointed by GSA (Global Student Accommodation) and Hadfield Cawkwell Davidson Ltd.
