With Cork School of Music & College of Commerce just around the corner and a 20 minute walk to the main University College Cork campus, Copley Street was designed to be a in-demand and much-loved essential facility for student study and stays.

Highlight Parkgate was designed to offer Dublin-based students a convenient base to and from all of the city’s colleges and universities. The rooms were designed with an en-suite shower room, double bed, spacious work areas, and storage to cater for student need and life. The facility also has great breakout social spaces to cater for regular on-site events, a study room and an on-site gym.

A modern showcase in Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) design, this Mezzino Student Living development included a collaboration with BAM Ireland to deliver a large-scale bedroom and cluster kitchen package in time for a fast-approaching new academic year.

A highly challenge project delivered by our North-Yorkshire based UK team, the Curve is a purpose-built, high-end student development located in the Whitechapel area of the City of London. Farrell was appointed by GSA (Global Student Accommodation) and Hadfield Cawkwell Davidson Ltd.
